We don’t share any of your information with third parties except as required by law to the government. We store all information you enter in our site, or send to use via email. The reason is that if you decide to establish an account, you have access to your own account history, and also for us to blacklist malicious users by examining data trends (like spamming our servers).

File attachments are immediately encrypted with a key. That key is sent to you and immediately deleted off our servers along with the original unencrypted file. The attachments are not stored in plaintext and therefore inaccessible to anybody, including us. Additionally if you send us an encrypted zip file, you do not need to provide us the key, so our servers would never even see what documents you are storing.

NOTE: The subject, the body, and the file attachment’s name and the date/time should be considered public. These items will be clearly identifiable on the blockchain for everyone to see and cannot be removed due to the decentralized nature of the blockchain. This is how information about your submission is provable.
